1. Definitions

• Account: Refers to the user account created and registered on BPRO's platform in accordance with the Agreement.
• Agreement: Includes these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other mutual terms between BPRO and the User.
• Applicable Law: Refers to all laws, regulations, guidelines, orders, or rules applicable under Indian jurisdiction.
• Broker: Any intermediary party including agents, channel partners, or middlemen involved in real estate transactions.
• Computer Virus: Any malicious code or software intended to harm or degrade computer systems or data.
• Confidential Information: All sensitive, proprietary or business-related information that is not in the public domain.
• Content: All data, text, images or other information available on the BPRO website.
• Government Authority: Any legal or regulatory body empowered under law to exercise authority over services and compliance.
• Information Technology Act: Refers to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related amendments.
• Intellectual Property: Includes patents, copyrights, trademarks, designs, proprietary methods or tools not in the public domain.
• Intellectual Property Rights: Legal rights over intellectual property as granted under Indian and global laws.
• Privacy Policy: BPRO’s privacy policy detailing how personal and user data is collected and processed.
• Prohibited Conduct: Any illegal or unauthorized activity including breach of agreement, infringement of rights, harassment, or hacking attempts.
• Registration Data: Information provided by the User including phone number, email ID, and other required credentials.
• Personal Information: User's personal, biometric, or financial data that can uniquely identify them.
• Services: All real estate-related services offered by BPRO including buying, renting, property listing, document processing, and more.
• Site: BPRO's official website and/or mobile application through which services are provided.
• Third Party Service Provider: External vendors and partners offering services complementary to BPRO's offerings.
• User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the services provided by BPRO.
• User Information: All personal or usage-related data provided by the user in any form.

2. Use of Services

Users agree to use the Site and Services in accordance with all Applicable Laws and the terms of this Agreement. Any misuse, unauthorized access, or prohibited conduct may result in termination of services or legal action.

3. Confidentiality

Users shall not disclose or misuse any Confidential Information received from BPRO. BPRO will also handle user data in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, tools, and services provided by BPRO are protected by Intellectual Property Rights. Any reproduction, redistribution, or misuse is strictly prohibited without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

BPRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Services.

6. Amendments

BPRO reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
